Brownstone Grants Options

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/11/11 -- Brownstone Energy Inc. (TSX VENTURE: BWN)(OTCQX: BWSOF) ("Brownstone") wishes to announce that it has granted 2,180,000 options to certain officers, directors, employees and consultants of Brownstone. The options are exercisable at $0.40 vesting quarterly for a period of 18 months and expiring October 10, 2016.
