Chieftain Announces Initial Agreement with Cutfield Freeman & Co.

Ltd ("CF&Co") has been retained to assist Chieftain to determine its financing strategy to fund the Tulsequah Chief Project. CF&Co is a leading global corporate finance firm that provides advisory services to companies within the mining sector. The firm has offices in London, Toronto and Hong Kong and is well known for its major project finance expertise and strong industry relationships.
As part of this strategy, Chieftain is considering financing options including precious metal streaming, off-take lending, debt (senior and mezzanine) and equity. Chieftain has commenced discussions with various potential financiers in order to optimise the financing structure.
