(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Mamut reached operating revenues of MNOK 365.2 in the first ninemonths of 2009, compared to MNOK 367.5 in the same period 2008. Thecompany reaches EBITDA of MNOK 69.1 and EBIT of MNOK 23.6 for YTD2009. The company expects a near term announcement of a strategicpartnership.Financials Third Quarter 2009Mamut ASA had operating revenues of MNOK 113.8 in 3Q09 compared toMNOK 116.2 in 3Q08. Operating profit before depreciation (EBITDA) for3Q09 was MNOK 18.0, compared to MNOK 20.4 in 3Q08. EBIT for 3Q09 wasMNOK 2.9, compared to MNOK 6.1 in 3Q08. Profit before tax for 3Q09was MNOK 1.1, compared to MNOK 3.1 in 3Q08.Cash and cash equivalents were MNOK 42.2 at the end of 3Q09 comparedwith MNOK 41,5 at the end of 2Q09. Equity ratio was 50.7% anddeferred revenues was MNOK 85.7. Diluted earnings per share (EPS)were NOK 0.01 for 3Q09, compared with NOK 0.03 in 3Q08.At the end of 3Q09, the Company had 480 employees compared to 495 atthe end of 3Q08 and 490 at the end of 2Q09.Segment informationSegment reporting consolidates all business units in three regions;Nordic/HQ, Western Europe and Central Europe.Nordic/HQOperating revenues was MNOK 78.5 in 3Q09 (-2% growth), EBITDA wasMNOK 15.6 and EBIT was MNOK 8.8, an EBIT margin of 11 per cent. Thisregion includes Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.Western EuropeOperating revenues was MNOK 23.9 in 3Q09 (-8% growth), EBITDA wasMNOK 1.1 and EBIT was MNOK -2.8. This region includes theNetherlands, the UK, Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria, Belgium,France, Switzerland and Spain.Central EuropeOperating revenues was MNOK 11.5 in 3Q09 (8% growth), EBITDA was MNOK1.2 and EBIT was MNOK 0.6, an EBIT margin of 5 per cent.
