1. The Company is now in Current status with the OTC Markets.
2. The Company marketing team attended a Pain Management conference in Las Vegas 3 weeks ago and so far 4 new billing and collection clients are in the process of signing contracts.
3. The case against Mr. Grewal is in progress, and trial dates have been set for starting May 23, 2012. It will be a jury trial and is set for 10 days of hearing. The Company has lots of trial preparations to do, such as subpoena witnesses and do further discoveries.
4. The Company's subsidiary PBS continues to grow each month, and referrals are pouring in from current clients. Employees are happy; the Company is now providing group health insurance and adding more benefits.
5. Mina Mar Group is preparing to start a comprehensive PR campaign.
