The wording should be as follows:"During the extended acceptance period, the Offer will also besubject to conditions no. 1, no. 2 and no. 4, with a right for theCompany to refrain from conditions no. 1 and/or no. 4. Condition no.2 can remain in force at the longest until November 12, 2009 at 5.00pm."Right to withdrawThose bond holders that, before publication of the SupplementaryProspectus, have accepted the offer to exchange/acquire bonds issuedby Ruric have the right to withdraw their acceptance, as aconsequence of publication of the Supplementary Prospectus, withinfive working days of the publication, that is to say until November5, 2009.
