EDB ErgoGroup ASA Announces Stock Repurchase Program

(Oslo, 18 October 2011) EDB ErgoGroup ASA announced today that it will activate
a stock repurchase program. The repurchase program is being carried out in
accordance with the authorization to the Board of Directors as resolved at the
Annual General Meeting on May 25, 2011. The repurchase program is carried out
in connection with a share purchase program for employees, resolved at the same
Annual General Meeting.
