Leading the way in Digital Signage
(PresseBox) - Finding the right way in the jungle of Digital Signage solutions can be quite challenging. Guntermann & Drunck's Dutch partner Koning & Hartman proved its quality as "information scout" in the huge variety of Digital Signage products. Last week they took part in a hands-on seminar for renowned integrators of the AV sector.
When companies get busy with the end of year rush and making new plans for the upcoming one, they are thankful for a partner at their side showing the way in the jungle of solutions. Especially in the Digital Signage market the amount of solutions is hard to overview as there are not just hardware but also software products which must be considered. Guntermann & Drunck's Dutch partner Koning & Hartman is one of those reliable partners to support its customers in implementing their individual solution from start to finish and showing the way out of the jungle of products and solutions and help finding one solid solution.
On the 6th of October Koning & Hartman and other AV specialists like Philips MMD, Microsoft, Nexcom and AOpen invited integrators to spend a day learning about all kinds of possible Digital Signage solutions. The technical capabilities spanned from the use of large displays with integrated network connection up to software packages to manage content.
During the seminar Koning & Hartman displayed the "DiSign 1AV8" from Guntermann & Drunck in a demo environment. The DiSign series extends and multiplies VGA and audio signals from one source to up to 16 video devices. There are different modules to connect the displays. Customers can choose between long distance modules (up to 300 m in between computer and display) and short distance modules (up to 50 m computer/display distance).
For demonstration, three 19" screens and one 42" display were connected. Thanks to the automatic video calibration of the DiSign 1AV8, the result was a clear and high quality video performance.
