Dundee International REIT October 2011 Monthly Distribution

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/18/11 -- DUNDEE INTERNATIONAL REIT (TSX: DI.UN) today announced a cash distribution in the amount of $0.06667 per Unit for the month of October. The October distribution will be payable on November 15, 2011 to unitholders of record as at October 31, 2011.

Dundee International REIT is an unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust that provides investors with the opportunity to invest in commercial real estate exclusively outside of Canada.
