R YOU IN? A Campaign to End Poverty Launches the Week of UN International Day for the Eradication of Poverty

The international campaign wants "to make poverty history". According to Kofi Annan, United Nations Ex-Secretary-General, "a central moral challenge of our age that must become a calling for the many. On this International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, I urge everyone to join this struggle. Together, we can make real and sufficient progress towards the end of poverty." As stated by in his message delivered on the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, 17 October 2006". UEnd: Poverty asks "R YOU IN?"

UEnd: Poverty is commemorating and embracing the fight to end extreme poverty by launching an organization-shifting campaign called "R YOU IN?" on October 17, 2011. UEnd's objective is to recruit 5000 people into the U:Powered team of world changers. This group will:
