("Guerrero" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: GEX) announces that it has issued 290,000 options on October 7, 2011 to a consultant at an exercise price of $0.16 per share for a term of 5 years. These options vest immediately. The last closing price on the TSX-V prior to October 7, 2011 was $0.16.
