United Hunter Oil & Gas Announces Option Grant
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/18/11 -- United Hunter Oil & Gas Corp. (TSX VENTURE: UHO) (the "Corporation") has granted 350,000 options to a consultant. The options have an exercise price of $0.15 per common share, will expire and vest 1/3 per year for 3 years with the first 1/3 vesting on the date of grant. All option grants are subject to regulatory approval.
United Hunter Oil & Gas Corp. is a Canadian based corporation with management experienced in the oil and gas industry.
