Changes in the Management Board of RALOS New Energies AG
Griesheim - 19 October 2011 - The Chief Technical Officer of RALOS New
Energies AG, Heinrich Dauscher, has today stepped down from his position on
the Management Board of the company for health reasons. However, Mr.
Dauscher has assured the company that he will remain available in an
advisory capacity in future. The company does not intend to appoint a new
Chief Technical Officer. The Supervisory Board and Management Board respect
Mr. Dauscher's decision and would like to thank him for his commitment and
tireless efforts on behalf of the company.
