Award for ExactScan – High Speed for document scanner under Mac OS X

The scan software ExactScan 2 for document scanner under Mac OS X from the German company ExactCODE GmbH received the Avision Partner Award in the category ”Best Partner for Avision Software Solutions”. The president of the taiwanese scanner manufaturer Avision presented the award to the Managing Director Mr. René Rebe of the ExactCODE GmbH in Taipei and talked enthusiastic about the scan solution which delivers fast document management to Mac users.

(firmenpresse) - ExactScan is a modern Mac OS X scan software including built-in drivers for over 150 document scanners, including devices from Avision. The software allows to scan with a fingertip, comfortable directly with a press of a button from the actual scanner as well as from within an intuitive user interface.

ExactScan supports following functions:

- Automatic de-skew and paper rotation
- Single and multi-page documents with auto paper size detection (auto-crop)
- Automatic, inteligent black & white optimization
