ALDATA SOLUTION OYJ: CHANGES IN BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Due to the changes in the composition of the Board of Directors which were
announced earlier today the Aldata Solution Oyj's Board of Directors has elected
Ms. Michele Fitzpatrick as the Vice Chairman of the Board. Board of Directors
has also made the decision that the separate Audit Committee will be dissolved,
and the Board of Directors as a whole will take over the duties of the Audit
Committee.
The Board consists of Mr. William F. Chisholm as the Chairman, Ms. Michele
Fitzpatrick as the Vice Chairman, Mr. Aarne Aktan and Mr. Bertrand Sciard as
members.
