IneedMD Appoints Affirmative Solutions LLC as a Non-Stock Agent
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 10/20/11 -- IneedMD LLC, the manufacturer of the revolutionary product EKG Glove, together with its Marketing arm Paragon National, entered into a non-stock agreement with Affirmative Solutions LLC last Thursday, October 13, 2011. This US$ 155 million agreement has a 3-year duration, covering the whole of the US market as well as 15 foreign countries. Affirmative Solutions is an organization dedicated to meeting the needs of hospitals and other agencies with quality medical devices.
The EKG Glove is a disposable, mitt-like device that has ten embedded ECG sensors (electrodes) and corresponding printed circuits, capable of generating data better than its counterparts. It is compatible with most of the ECG machines. Users have the option to have the EKG Glove configured into a totally paperless operation capable of sending results directly to the doctor's smart phone or computer. The total EKG Glove system and its peripherals are FDA cleared.
This agreement will effectively reach the medical providers in different locations faster. By the end of this year, the EKG Glove distribution and use will be at 50,000 units, with a projected increase of close to 1000% or 1,875,000 units for 2012 worth close to US$ 31 million for 2012 and 3,750,000 units for 2013, a 100% increase from 2012 and worth close to US$ 62 million.
