Concession to acquisition of equity capital certificates
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - On 28 October 2009, the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority(Kredittilsynet) granted Gjensidige Forsikring BA concession toacquire equity capital certificates in Private Placing 1 and PrivatePlacing 2 in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank, as described in stock exchangeannouncement of 25th September 2009 and in prospectus dated 26thOctober 2009.
