Fish & Richardson Senior Principal John B. Pegram Receives 2011 Outstanding Service Award From AIPLA
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 10/21/11 -- Fish & Richardson today announced that John B. Pegram, a senior principal in the firm's New York office, has received the 2011 President's Outstanding Service Award from the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA). The award recognizes one individual's years of service to AIPLA as a member and committee leader. Mr. Pegram accepted his award today at AIPLA's annual conference in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Pegram has been a member of AIPLA for 40 years and is currently a delegate to the US Bar-European Patent Office Liaison Council. He previously chaired the Council from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Pegram also served on the Board of Directors from 2000 to 2003, and is a past chair of numerous committees including International & Foreign Law, Patent Litigation, Trade Secrets Law, and Unauthorized Practice of Law.
