Greenscape Closes $200,000 Second Tranche Financing
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/21/11 -- Greenscape Capital Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GRN) ("Greenscape") is pleased to announce it has closed a second tranche of its private placement financing announced on August 23rd, 2011 by issuing 1,212,122 common shares at $0.165 per common share for total gross proceeds of $200,000. All securities issued pursuant to this second tranche are subject to a hold period expiring February 22, 2012. No finder's fees were paid.
