First Service to Offer Do-It-Yourself Processing of Electronic Data Over the Internet

Users simply log on to , upload their files and receive a fully processed data set within 48 hours. Data can be delivered as load files for Summation and/or Concordance and the service includes options such as de-duplication, system file removing, metadata filtering and extraction. Payment is made with Visa, MasterCard including via a government-issued credit card.
eDiscovery DIY simplifies small eDiscovery matters and uses new technologies and best practices to reduce time and cost in these matters. The service is designed for small matters and can handle up to 5 gigabytes and turns around almost all projects in 12-48 hours. eDiscovery DIY is simple to use. Users start by creating an account, choosing which type of load file is to be delivered and selecting a few options. Payment is made online by credit card, and data can easily be uploaded in any of 350 file formats using the service's intuitive File Transfer Interface. Once the data has been processed, the user is notified by email with a link to retrieve the processed data. All data remains secure as eDiscovery DIY uses a "defense in depth" approach, providing multiple layers of security including immediate 128-bit encryption of all data. Additionally, all data is logged in detail to establish and/or maintain the chain of custody.
