(Thomson Reuters ONE) - ("DNO" or "the Company")Reference is made to the stock exchange release from DNO dated 13October 2009, concerning a Share Purchase Agreement ("the Agreement")for sale of up to 6 million shares in Det norske oljeselskap ASA("Detnor") to Aker ASA ("Aker").Under the Agreement, DNO sold one million shares in Detnor to Akerwith immediate completion. Completion of the sale of the remaining 5million shares will be made today at the agreed price of NOK 49,90per share.
