Mobistar:Transparency declaration from BlackRock Inc.

Brussels, 25 October 2011 - Mobistar hereby discloses information in accordance
with Article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 and the related Royal Decree of 14
February 2008:
On 20 October 2011, Mobistar received a transparency declaration from BlackRock
Inc., stating that, as of 14 October 2011, BlackRock Inc. holds 1,708,196 shares
(previous declaration: 1,874,173 shares), representing 2.85 % of the total share
capital of the Company (previous declaration: 3.12 %).
An increase above (or decrease below) the following thresholds requires a
declaration to Mobistar and the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA):
1. 3 % statutory threshold, as set out by the articles of association of the
Company;
2. 5 % or each multiple of 5 %, as set out by the Belgian law.
