Management changes at Handelsbanken

Rainer Lawniczak has been appointed Head of the Forestry and Farming business
area. He has been a member of Handelsbanken's senior management team since 2006
and is currently Chief Executive of Stadshypotek.
Per Beckman has been appointed new Chief Executive of Stadshypotek. He has been
a member of the Bank's senior management team since 2005 and is Head of
Handelsbanken Capital Markets.
Michael Green has been appointed as new Head of Handelsbanken Capital Markets.
He has been a member of the Bank's senior management team since 2007 and is
currently Head of Regional Bank Western Sweden.
Katarina Ljungqvist has been appointed new Head of Regional Bank Western Sweden.
She will also be a member of the Handelsbanken's Group senior management team.
Katarina Ljungqvist currently works as Regional Area Manager at Regional Bank
Western Sweden.
All of the above take up their new positions on 1 December.
