Outokumpu awarded again for the best corporate responsibility
reporting in Finland

The results of the 2009review were announced on November 5, 2009, in Helsinki,Finland.In total the reports of some 160 organizations were analyzed. Thisyear, the jury placed special emphasis on companies' efforts in thefield of supply chain management and human resources management aspart of social responsibility. Outokumpu was awarded as the bestreporter of the competition. Outokumpu's report focused on listeningto stakeholders, global economic downturn, climate change mitigation,wellbeing and safety. According to the jury Outokumpu explained thevarious ways of stakeholder dialogue such as web-based dialogue andstakeholder panel."I'm extremely pleased and honoured with this high level recognitionand encouragement.
