Bio-Carbon Solutions International Acquires Options for Rare Earth Mineral Rights
(firmenpresse) - SAULT STE MARIE, ON -- (Marketwire) -- 10/26/11 -- Bio-Carbon Solutions International Inc (PINKSHEETS: BICS) announced today it has acquired options for exploration of minerals from two groups of claims consisting of an aggregated surface of 4,200 acres in Colchester County in a region rich in rare earths and other minerals (NS exploration licenses 08996 and 09388).
Colchester County Sites:
The properties sit with a group of claims owned by other companies where rare earth elements and gold have been reported (e.g. Capella Resources: Wentworth project, Minotaur Atlantic Exploration: Londonberry Joint Venture, Alpha Uranium: Debert Lake) as supported by documentation available from the Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources.
On October 24, 2011, the Company exercised its rights to the first two claims: one from each of the two NS exploration licenses. Field analyses for the co-development of mineral and carbon opportunities are expected to begin in November 2011.
