Martini, Iosue & Akpovi Announces Brian Rabinovitz CPA, CM&AA Joins the Firm as an Audit Principal
(firmenpresse) - LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/26/11 -- Martini, Iosue & Akpovi, a Southern California-based certified public accounting firm, announced that it has admitted Brian Rabinovitz CPA, CM&AA as a Principal in its Encino office as part of the firm's expansion of its practice.
Managing Partner Don Iosue noted that Mr. Rabinovitz has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting providing audit/assurance, tax consulting and transactional business advisory services to middle-market businesses and their owners. The advisory and consulting services he provides include due diligence, assistance with mergers and acquisitions activities, and helping companies obtain financing and capital through traditional and non-traditional means.
"Brian will be an important contributor to our practice expansion," said Mr. Iosue. "He spent eight years as an Officer and Principal at the Century City office of Stonefield Josephson, Inc., where he worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including e-commerce, technology, manufacturing, apparel, financial services, wholesale/retail, entertainment and business services."
Mr. Iosue noted that for the past year and a half, Mr. Rabinovitz was President of Proactive Professional Solutions, Inc., a consulting firm which provided business planning, accounting and strategic development services to companies with revenue in excess of $100 million.
Mr. Rabinovitz received his Bachelors of Business Administration from Hofstra University, in Accounting. He is active with a number of organizations in the Southern California business community, including:
