extraordinary shareholders' meeting on 25 October 2011 at its corporate
domicile in Zug, Switzerland during which it laid the foundation for
growing the business even further.
The agenda included voting on proposals by the board of directors for the
creation of new approved capital and an increase in conditional capital.
The shareholders in attendance at this extraordinary shareholders' meeting
cast almost 100% of their votes in approval of the board of director's
proposals, thus indicating broad support for the strategy and actions that
