(the "Corporation" or "Pershimco") (TSX VENTURE: PRO)(FRANKFURT: BIZ) announces the granting, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, of 150,000 options to Mr. Richard Leroux, Pershimco's consultant. Each option is exercisable at a price of $1.16 for a period of five years from the date of grant.
