Monterey, CA - October 31, 2011 - CerMed International (Frankfurt Stock
Exchange: CRX), an international women's medical device company, announced the
appointment of J.R. Parrish to its Board of Directors. Mr. Parrish had a very
successful sales career with Addressograph and Xerox prior to him founding his
own commercial real estate company with revenues of over $350 million. Mr.
Parrish attributes his significant achievements to being committed to the
fundamental principles of human relations and growth that he articulates in his
two published books "You Don't Have to Learn the Hard Way" and "If I'd Known
then, What I Know Now". After selling his real estate business he continues to
write and help companies such as CerMed achieve their potential growth.
