(TSX VENTURE: GGX)(OTCBB: GGXCF)(BERLIN: A0LGDN)(FRANKFURT: POZ) (the "Company") announces its intention to settle outstanding indebtedness of up to $450,000 through the issuance of common shares at deemed prices of $0.05625 per Common Share, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. The outstanding debt is comprised of management fees and consulting fees. A total of 8,000,000 Common Shares may be issued pursuant to the debt settlement.
