Vecima Schedules Q1 Results and AGM
(firmenpresse) - VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/01/11 -- Vecima Networks Inc. ("Vecima" or "the Company") (TSX: VCM), today announced that it has scheduled its fiscal 2012 first quarter earnings news release and conference call to be held on December 9, 2011 at 1 p.m. ET to discuss the results for the three month period ending September 30, 2011.
The Canadian Securities Administrators ("CSA") has extended the regular filing deadline by 30 days for TSX-listed companies who are filing their first interim financial report under IFRS. For issuers with a June 30th year end, their filings must be made on or before December 14, 2011.
In addition, Vecima today announced that it will hold its 2011 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on December 7, 2011 in Victoria, B.C. Notice of the meeting and record date have been filed on SEDAR () and meeting materials will be distributed to shareholders by mid-November.
