Following this purchase, Christopher Palmer-Tomkinson isinterested in a total of 6,675,000 Ordinary Shares, representing5.91% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.Chaarat was further notified on 10 November 2009 that Linda Naylor,the Finance Director of the Company, purchased on the same day,42,500 Ordinary Shares of the Company at 23.5 pence per share.Following the purchase, Linda Naylor now holds 42,500 Ordinary Shareswhich represents 0.038% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of theCompany.Chaarat Gold HoldingsChaarat Gold Holdings is an exploration company operating in theKyrgyz Republic with its current main activity being the developmentof the Chaarat Gold Project. The Project is situated within theMiddle Tien Shan Mountains of Kyrgyzstan which form part of the TienShan gold belt.
