ODESIA Group Inc. Announces Amendments to Its Convertible Debentures Issued in July 2008
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 11/01/11 -- ODESIA Group Inc. ("ODESIA" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE: ODS), an international corporation specializing in business-intelligence solutions ("BI"), decision-process management and analytics, is pleased to announce that its convertible debentures' holders have agreed to amend the repayment schedule of the $660,000 balance for the convertible debentures issued on July 21, 2008.
Under these amendments the repayment of principal and accrued interest on the convertible debentures will now be made on a monthly basis rather than semi-annually, as originally planned. No changes were made to the convertible debentures' conversion procedures.
These changes will accelerate the repayment of the convertible debentures and reduce the interest expense incurred by ODESIA.
