DNO International ASA completes Open Market Partial Tender Offer

DNO International ASA (Oslo Stock Exchange ticker DNO) on 31 October 2011
completed its open market partial tender offer for up to 54,500,000 DNO common
shares.
Through the book building exercise DNO bought back 42,566,173 shares at a price
of NOK 7.50 per share and a total cost of NOK 319,246,298. All shareholders with
offer price at NOK 7.50 or below will be given full allocation.
The Company's stock of treasury shares after this transaction is 68,066,173
shares (7.17%).
