BonTerra´s infill sampling assays confirm continuity of Gold mineralization on the Eastern Extension Proberty in Quebec
Vancouver, BC – November 2, 2011: BonTerra Resources Inc. (TSX.V: BTR; FSE: 9BR) (the “Company”, “BonTerra”) has received gold assays from the infill sampling program on the Eastern Extension property (the “Property”). The infill sampling program involved sampling selected veins and segments of drill holes not yet sampled. This program has led to discovering wider gold intercepts than originally disclosed by BonTerra since November 9, 2010. The Company is now targeting all veins due to gold being discovered in all vein types and not only the smoked quartz veins, as originally thought. The Company intends to continue to release additional results of the infill sampling and recently completed drill holes as they become available. A description of the most significant new thicker drill intercepts are listed below and significant assays from the infill sampling received to date are set out in table 1.
Description of Significant Drill Intercepts from the Infill Sampling Program
BA-10-01
This drill hole was originally disclosed by BonTerra in a news release dated November 9, 2010. The original drill intercept has not changed, instead a second gold zone has been defined.
•22.05 metres assaying 0.98 grams/tonne (“g/t”) gold
•Including 0.71 metres grading 18.95 g/t gold
BA-10-02
This drill hole was originally disclosed by BonTerra in a news release dated November 9, 2010. In this drill hole infill sampling has widened the original drill intercept from 7.73 meters wide to a zone twenty two (22) metres wide.
•22.00 metres assaying 7.54 g/t gold
•Including 7.73 metres assaying 21.24 g/t gold (original intercept)
BA-10-03
This drill hole was originally disclosed by BonTerra in a news release dated November 16, 2010. In this hole two high grade gold zones were defined. The lower zone has since widened from six (6) meters in width to twenty six (26) metres in width.
•26.00 metres assaying 3.72 g/t gold
•Including 6.00 metres assaying 15.81 g/t (original intercept)
BA-10-08
This drill hole was originally disclosed by BonTerra in a news release dated January 12, 2011. One of the gold zones has widened significantly from seven (7) meters in length to seventeen and a half (17.5) metres in length.
•17.50 metres grading 6.24 g/t gold
•Including 7.00 metres grading 14.84 g/t gold (the original intercept)
BA-11-06
This drill hole was originally disclosed by BonTerra in a news release dated February 17, 2011. This gold intercept has widened significantly from approximately ten (10) metres to seventy five and a half (75.5) metres.
•75.50 metres assaying 0.82 grams/tonne gold
•Including 12.70 metres assaying 2.81 g/t gold.

Mitchell Adam, Director, states, “It is great to see the infill sampling program pay off with expanded widths for some of our key gold intercepts in the early days of the drill program.”
Geological Characteristics of the Gold Bearing Veins on the Eastern Extension
The target for all drilling on the Eastern Extension property is smoky quartz veins mineralized with sulphides (pyrite, pyrrhotite & chalcopyrite ± sphalerite ± visible gold). Sulphides commonly compose 1-10% of the mineralized zones and can be as high as 30% locally. Alteration is most commonly silica, carbonate, chlorite, tourmaline and sericite. The combination of quartz veins, tourmaline, alteration types and sulphides is ideal for gold mineralization in the area. Sphalerite present in the quartz veins appears to be associated with the highest grade gold zones on the property to date.
Qualified Person
This technical content of this press release has been reviewed and accepted by Thomas Clarke, Pr.Sci.Nat., a Director of BonTerra. Mr. Clarke is a Qualified Person under NI 43-101.
The sampling is being supervised on behalf of the Company by Geologica Inc. of Val d’Or, Quebec. These are sample results, taken from mineralized intervals of the drill holes. Depths and lengths are core lengths and not true widths. Gold intercepts disclosed in this news release are significant gold intercepts and not all the samples submitted for fire assay. Samples were submitted to ALS Chemex of Val d’Or, Quebec for crushing, pulverizing and fire-assay for gold. Samples fire-assaying greater than 10 grams per tonne gold are then fire-assayed with a gravimetric finish. Assay samples are taken from drill core, sawed in half along the core axis. One half is sent to ALS Chemex Laboratories and the other half retained by the Company for future reference. The Company applies a full quality assurance and quality control program (QAQC) system for every batch of samples submitted to the lab (gold standard, sample duplicate and blank).
