National Bank of Canada: Redemption for Cash of 500 Million Dollars Series 5 Medium Term Notes
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 11/02/11 -- National Bank of Canada (TSX: NA) announced today that it has completed the previously published redemption, for the purpose of cancellation, of all of its Series 5 Medium Term Notes, for 100 % of the 500 million dollars principal amount of notes. This redemption, funded solely from the Bank's general funds, is part of the Bank's capital management program.
