INC Research, LLC Third Quarter 2011 Results of Operations Release Date and Conference Call

Raleigh, NC, Nov. 2, 2011 - INC Research, LLC, a therapeutically focused
clinical research organization (CRO) with a Trusted Process(®) for delivering
reliable results, will conduct a conference call to discuss its third quarter
financial results at 10 a.m. ET on Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2011. The third quarter
financial results also will be available on the Company's secure website at the
opening of business on Monday, Nov. 28, 2011.
To access the financial results and dial-in information for the conference call,
a party must pre-register and certify that it is eligible to do so. Access to
the financial results and conference call will be available only to (1) holders
of the Company's 11.5% Senior Notes due 2019, (2) hi-yield securities analysts
and broker-dealers and (3) prospective investors that certify that they are
qualified institutional buyers as defined in Rule 144A under the Securities Act
of 1933, as amended. To receive information on how to pre-register and certify
eligibility, parties must send an email to wlumpkin(at)incresearch.com requesting
access to the financial results and conference call information no later than
Nov. 28, 2011.
