Former Arden General Counsel Joins Elkins Kalt
(firmenpresse) - LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/02/11 -- Elkins Kalt Weintraub Reuben Gartside LLP ("Elkins Kalt") announces the hiring of David A. Swartz as Of Counsel. Swartz has more than 20 years of experience in real estate law.
Swartz joined the Century City-based firm in August 2011. During the past 13 years, Swartz served as a senior executive and General Counsel for several companies, namely Arden Realty, Inc. (a publicly-traded real estate investment trust and, during Swartz's tenure, the largest office landlord in Southern California), Latitude Management Real Estate Investors, Inc. (a real estate fund manager that originates, invests in and manages commercial real estate loans, securities and value-add real estate assets throughout the United States and Canada), and SAFCO Capital (an owner and operator of retail properties throughout the mid-western and western United States).
