REE International Announces Appointment of Veteran Geologist Jose Padilla to Advisory Board

Mr. Jose Padilla has accumulated more than 40 years of experience in the mining industry as a geologist. Working primarily in South America, he has an extensive exploration track record comprised of mining projects in numerous countries, including Bolivia, Venezuela, Brazil and Guyana.
