Toronto ON - October XX, 2011- Femin Inc. (FRA-FJM) ('Femin')-reported
today that the company to date has completed over 5,200 of its 6,500 meter
diamond drilling program as previously announced in its News Release. The
independent 'Qualified Person' (QP) from Watts, Griffis and McOuat,has
been to the Febra Project site and has established all the necessary QAQC
(quality assurance/quality control) procedures to ensure an accurate NI
43-101 report.
The NI 43-101 Technical Report
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Instrument_43-101) is a document
prepared by a QP, who is a third party/independent consultant qualified by
the rules of NI-43-101. Among other things, the report will provide the
QP's independent opinion of the resource on the property based on the
amount of drilling competed and assayed to the date of the report. The
report will be based on just 6500 metres of drilling and therefor will only
cover the drilled portion. Over the next year Femin plans to do a further
drill program of between 15,000 and 20,000 metres to cover the entire
deposit. The NI-43-101 Technical Report is the industry standard way of
measuring and communicating information on resources deposits.
The final report will be available after the current drilling is completed
and the core samples have been assayed by the QP. Femin's management does
not foresee any current circumstances that would impede the completion of
the drilling and issuance of the NI 43-01 report in this calendar quarter.
