Corsearch Takes Top Honors in the World Trademark Review Survey's Trademark Watching Category

Survey Participants Comprised of In-House Counsel and Private Practitioners Reinforce Corsearch's Best-in-Class Status for Watching and Search

In the World Trademark Review survey, participants were asked to rate service providers in four main sub-sectors, two of which applied to Corsearch: trademark watching and trademark searching. Participants were asked to identify and rate, on a scale of one to 10, the services they received across the sectors examined. Over 1,000 submissions were made.

: Corsearch ranked #1 in this category, receiving a 7.6 score for the quality of data received, a 7.6 for the flexibility and usability of search results, a 7.3 for linguistic capability and a 7.7 for likelihood of recommending the service provider. Industry averages are 7, 6.8, 6.6 and 7 respectively.

The survey also revealed significant trends and issues facing the industry. Customer service and ongoing support was regarded as more important than the software and systems offered.
