NQ Exploration Hires Bay Street Connect as Investor Relations Firm
(firmenpresse) - LAVAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 11/03/11 -- NQ Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE: NQE) is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with Bay Street Connect whereby the latter will provide NQ with investor relations and financial communications services. Bay Street Connect, a Toronto-based company owned by its employees, provides communications services to Canadian public companies, primarily in the mining sector. The service contract is for an initial term of six months and may be terminated on 30-day notice. It provides for a monthly fee of $7,500 and the granting of 300,000 options to purchase shares at $0.10 per share for a period of two years. The options vest gradually over the four quarters following their grant, at a rate of 25% per quarter. These options and the procedures for their exercise are governed by NQ Exploration Inc.'s stock option plan.
