Republic Announces Full Revocation of Cease Trade Orders in British Columbia and Alberta

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/04/11 -- Republic Goldfields Inc. (the "Corporation") announced today that the British Columbia Securities Commission (the "BCSC") has granted a full revocation of the cease trade order issued by the BCSC on April 11, 2006 and the Alberta Securities Commission (the "ASC") has granted a full revocation of the cease trade order issued by the ASC on September 13, 2006. On November 3, 2011, the Corporation announced that the Autorite des Marches Financiers (the "AMF") had granted a full revocation of the cease trade order issued by the AMF on May 30, 2005.

The cease trade orders had been imposed by the BCSC and the ASC due to the failure of Corporation to file, among other things, its audited financial statements and related management's discussion and analysis for the year ended December 31, 2005 within the time required by applicable securities laws.

Save for certain historical continuous disclosure materials the Corporation has been exempted from filing pursuant to the Revocation Orders, the Corporation has filed all continuous disclosure materials required to be filed pursuant to National Instrument 51-102.
