Silvore Fox Grants Option to New Director
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/04/11 -- Silvore Fox Minerals Corp. (the "Corporation" or "Silvore Fox")(TSX VENTURE: SFX) announces that it has granted to newly elected Director, Dr. Wenshan Zhang, President of Beijing Donia Resources Co. Ltd., an option to acquire a total of 400,000 Common Shares of the Corporation at an exercise price of 12.5 cents per Common Share, which options will expire November 1, 2016.
This transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
