(Thomson Reuters ONE) - HUHTAMÿKI OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16.11.2009 AT 10.00A total of 561,470 new shares of Huhtamäki Oyj have been issued basedon share subscriptions under Huhtamäki Oyj's 2003 option rights plan.489,830 new shares were issued based on the option rights 2003 A and71,640 based on the option rights 2003 B. The corresponding increasein the company's share capital is EUR 1,908,998.00. The increase hasbeen entered in the Finnish Trade Register on November 16, 2009. Thecompany has requested NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. to list the new sharesfor public trading beginning on November 17, 2009. In terms ofshareholder rights, the new shares are identical to the shares of thecompany already traded on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.Following the increase, Huhtamäki Oyj's registered share capital isEUR 360,615,288.00 and the number of shares outstanding is106,063,320.The 2003 A, 2003 B and 2003 C option rights under the Huhtamäki Oyj's2003 option rights plan entitled to the subscription of a total of2,250,000 new shares.
