Fortune Graphite Inc. Clarifies Disclosure for Fortune Graphite Mineral Claims
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/07/11 -- As a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC), Fortune Graphite Inc. (FRANKFURT: ZTWN) is issuing the following press release to clarify disclosure of the fortune mineral claims.
The BCSC has requested clarification in the disclosure of resource estimates on the company's webpage for the Fortune mineral claims.
This disclosure is not compliant with NI 43-101 regulations, as there has been no NI 43-101 report written for this property. In response, the company has removed any reference to the Fortune claims from its website.
The company is in the process of updating its website to include the Superior property for which there is a historical resource and a NI 43-101 report written for the property.
