Nick Hynes and Eva Brådhe step down from the Board of TradeDoubler
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Nick Hynes is involved with a number of projects that it is feltcould result in potential conflicts of interest with his position onTradeDoubler's Board of Directors. Eva Brådhe will shortly be takingon consulting assignments that could give rise to similar conflictsof interest. In view of this, both have now decided to resign theirpositions on the Board.Nick Hynes has been a member of the Board since 2007 and Eva Brådhesince the 2009 Annual General Meeting."Regrettably, Nick and Eva have decided to resign from the Board ofDirectors.
