Minerva Networks Acquires Leading European Over-the-Top Television Platform Vendor
The Acquisition of TVBLOB, a European Vendor of Consumer Electronics Software Solutions for Over-the-Top Video Services, Will Accelerate Minerva's Next-Generation Television-Over-IP Platform Evolution

Headquartered in Milan, Italy, TVBLOB develops software products for the delivery of entertainment services on consumer electronics devices combining legacy television with Internet media sources. The company has successfully deployed its software platform in partnership with consumer equipment manufacturers.

Like Minerva's , the BLOBbox platform is based on the Linux operating system and supports open standards. TVBLOB's technology will help Minerva's service provider customers reach more devices over more networks and expand monetization opportunities.
