Tier 1 perpetual bond issue
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - SpareBank 1 SR-Bank announced on 25 September 2009 that in connectionwith the strengthening of the bank's equity, the bank would alsoissue a new tier 1 perpetual bond.SpareBank 1 SR-Bank is now about to launch a tier 1 perpetual bondissue in the Norwegian bond market.
