MPH Ventures Drilling Completed on Raney, Exploration Update on Godfrey Gold, Timmins, NE Ontario
Vancouver, BC – MPH Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: MPS) (FWB: IJA1) (the “Company”) is pleased to provide a drilling update on exploration activities on the Raney gold project and the Godfrey Gold project, both located southwest of Timmins, within the Porcupine Mining Division of northeastern Ontario.
A four hole, 800 metre diamond drill program on the 3500 acre Raney project has been completed. Drilling was planned to test the down dip continuity of a gold bearing structure which has returned significant gold intersections including 7.7 g/t Au over 6.8 metres in hole R-09-04, 6.5 g/t Au over 8.0 metres in hole R-09-08, and 3.5 g/t Au over 6.8 metres in hole R-99-01.

The four drill holes have intersected typical alteration and quartz veining associated with the structure. Drill core is currently being logged and split and are being sent to ALS Chemex for analysis. Drill locations are limited to the north and east by wet ground, but will be accessible for additional drilling during a winter drill program.
In other news, ground geophysical surveys are now complete on the 700 acres Godfrey Gold project which is located in the active West Timmins area. Induced polarization surveys have delineated a prospective chargeability anomaly coincident with a resistivity anomaly extending for 275 metres across the prospective portion of the property. Five grab samples collected during the initial property visit returned assay values between 0.01 g/t Au to 76.4 g/t Au. The higher grade sample of quartz vein material contained pyrite and chalcopyrite.

Diamond drilling is planned to commence on this prospective property shortly.

The exploration program is being carried out under the direction of Todd Keast, P. Geo. The information in this news release was prepared by Todd Keast, P. Geo., a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.
The Company has a quality control program to ensure best practices in the sampling and analysis of drill core. At the drill site, the BQ size core is placed in core boxes and delivered to a secure core processing facility. The core is "split" using a diamond saw by experienced exploration technicians and logged by Todd Keast. Half of the core is left in the core box as a permanent reference of the interval sampled and half of the designated sample interval is delivered in sealed bags for preparation at ALS Chemex Prep Lab located in Sudbury, Ontario, with the pulps shipped to ALS Chemex Assay Laboratory in Vancouver, B.C. All samples are assayed for gold by Fire Assay with an AA finish, using 30 gram samples. Accuracy of results are tested through the systematic inclusion of blanks and reference standards. ALS Chemex is an ISO 17025 certified Laboratory.
