(the "Company") today tookdelivery of the suezmax vessel that the Company agreed to acquire inearly October 2009. The double hull suezmax vessel has been namedNordic Mistral. Including the Nordic Mistral and the acquisitionannounced November 9, the fleet of the Company consists of 18 suezmaxvessels of which two are newbuildings expected to be delivered in May2010 and August 2010, respectively. The Nordic Mistral will beemployed in the spot market.This acquisition represents an important step in the furtherdevelopment of the Company. The transaction is in line with theCompany's strategy with focus on accretive growth together withincreased dividend and earnings capacity of the Company.
